Rare Tele Rolleiflex with Sonnar 135 mm. Lens with Rolleinar 0.35 adapter

Carl Zeiss Sonnar f4 taking lens and Heidosmat viewing lens and includes a lens hood, leather case, and importantly an expensive attachable Rolleinar 0.35 diopter bookform close up accessory with built in parallax correction which allows close focussing to 4ft. 5 inches / 1.3m. Rather than the closest focussing distance without it which is an unsatisfactory 8ft. Black and white photograph compares the nearest focussing distance with and without the Rolleinar attached.

It also includes it's glass registration plate in a pouch hidden in the back of the leather case. (in my experience it can add dust rather than sharpness in use) The camera is in very good condition, with only minor cosmetic blemishes.

It has had little use since bought new in the 1960's by a friend who used it infrequently when the 80mm. Lens on his Rollei 2.8F. Was too short for some shots.

The lens optics are in great condition with no fungus, marks or separation. The integrated selenium exposure meter is not working correctly, although the needle deflects. This model was designed to use 120 roll film only not 220.
