Well, the sale of this camera would indicate that I've failed to do so, which is fine because any tool would deserve a better owner if I can't use it to it's greatness. The camera has been taken care of as much as I could, equipped with two uv filters to protect the lens coating. In July, it was professionally overhauled by Newton Ellis & Co. And has been the smoothest thing ever since. Condition wise, there is not much to say for a newly overhauled item.
There are small marks around the body due to age and exactly three small blemishes on the viewing lens which will do nothing to the pictures. The viewing lens is free from any fault and, if I might add, yields the best results I have ever seen form a medium format camera. It is also good to know that all three serial numbers (the body, the viewing lens and the taking lens) point to year 1965, which means that the optics haven't been swapped. I have a "rule-of-third" screen from Rick Olsen in the US. It's a bit brighter than the original but both will be supplied in case you like the original split image more.
